If you have received a gift from Perfect Jeans and wish to exchange or return it, you can easily do so through our return portal.
What you need to do:
- Get the order details: Contact the person who gave you the gift and ask for the order number (e.g., PJ123456) and the email address they used when placing the order.
- Register in the portal: Go to our return portal and log in using the order number and email address.
- Update the personal information: When registering your return or exchange, you will have the option to edit the personal details. Make sure to change the email address and shipping details to your own, so that the return label and all future updates regarding your exchange are sent directly to you instead of the gift giver.
