Exchange & Return Information for All Countries

We offer exchange and returns with our return label for all countries.

Exchanges from countries in Europe is free of charge.

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or color or return for a refund, you can use our return label. The price will depend on which country you are returning from. 

  • Within Europe: €10
  • Outside Europe (International): $10

The exact fee will be shown when you register your return in our return portal.

 

Important for Customers Outside the EU

If you are located outside the EU, you must fill out a CN22 customs declaration form, print it, and attach it to the outside of your return package along with the return label. The CN22 form will be sent to your email when you register your return in our return portal. Additionally, due to new regulations, a customs handling fee may be charged before your return package is received.

If you are within the EU, no customs declaration is required.

Returning using our IBRS label

The IBRS return label is a prepaid international label, which may sometimes cause confusion at local post offices. If your post office refuses to accept it or is unsure how to handle it, simply drop the package in your nearest public mailbox instead – this is perfectly acceptable and ensures proper delivery.

 

Return Shipping Options

You have the option to either use our return label or send the package back using your own shipping method.

  • If you choose our return label, please note that some return shipments are tracked, while others are not. This information will be shown when you register your return in our return portal.
  • If you prefer to arrange the return yourself, please send the package to the following address and include a note with your name and order number so we can identify your return:

Please Note:

If you use our return label, the tracking and insurance status will depend on your location and shipping method. This will be clearly stated in the return portal when you register your return. If you prefer full tracking and insurance, we recommend arranging the return yourself with a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
