If you receive a product that is damaged, you can create a complaint.
You create a complaint by sending the following info to support@perfectjeans.com
- Pictures or a video showing the error
- The number that is written outside of the product bag. It starts with "PJ", "T" or "P" and then 4-6 digits.
- Which order number and which item your complaint concerns
When we have received the info we can easily and quickly process your complaint. We strive to respond with a solution within 24 hours on weekdays.
